Are your products nutfree?

Although, not all our recipes contain nuts or nut products, WE ARE NOT A NUTFREE FACILITY and cross contamination may occur. For all other dietary needs please send us a message for a full ingredients list on the items you wish to order.


How much notice do you need for a custom order?

We typically need 2 weeks advance notice as a minimum. However, we may be booked sooner so the more notice the better!


How do I pay for my order?

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be confirmed. The spot will not be held until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is to be paid before pickup or delivery, not after. Payments can be made in e-transfer or cash. If debit or credit is need please request to have that added to your invoice.


Can my order be cancelled?

Yes, you may cancel your order. However, the 50% deposit is not refundable. If you cancel prior to 2 weeks before the pickup date you may use your deposit as a credit to be used within the year.


How should items be stored before serving?

Cakes should be stored in the fridge, but are best served at room temperature. We recomend taking the cake out of the fridge approximately 45 mins before serving.

Cookies should be stored sealed at room temperature.


Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver. Please message us with a delivery address for a custom quote as pricing will change based on location.
